November is National Gratitude Month. At Reach-Up Head Start, we’re excited to help your little ones explore gratitude too! Through activities, storytelling, and playful moments, we aim to instill a sense of appreciation and joy in their young hearts. Together, let’s create a community where gratefulness is celebrated, making every day a little brighter for everyone.

Head Start is facing a workforce shortage and we need additional funding from Congress to meet the requirements for the recently enacted new program performance standards. Without that increased funding, programs might be forced to reduce enrollment. Below is a link to the video from NPR that came out recently regarding wages for Head Start teachers.
